What is liposuction?

Types of liposuction
Even though the basic procedure of liposuction remains as is described above, a couple of different methods can be used during the procedure.
This procedure uses ultrasound energy to liquefy the fat, which is then removed from the body.
During this procedure, a solution is injected into the fatty areas before the fat is removed. This solution is a combination of saline solution, epinephrine, and a mild painkiller.
By using this solution, not only does it become easier for the surgeon to remove fat easily, but it also reduces blood loss, and offers pain relief during and post the surgery.
Does liposuction offer permanent results?
The fat cells are permanently removed from your body, so if you do gain weight after the surgery, chances are, it will not concentrate in the areas that have been treated. However, you also need to be aware of the fact that labiaplasty cannot prevent you from gaining weight at all.
If you want to maintain your new weight and new shape after the surgery, you must follow a healthy exercise and diet plan. This does not mean you have to starve yourself or visit the gym every single day, just make sure you do at least moderate exercise few days a week, and eat healthily.
